Ruffwear Retailers agree to these Terms & Conditions as outlined by Ruffwear.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
If a customer returns a product to you that has a defect covered under our Trail Tested Promise, please complete Ruffwear’s Retailer Warranty Form.
We’re dedicated to making the best dog gear on the planet. All Ruffwear products are rigorously field tested and we proudly guarantee against any defects in materials and craftsmanship under our Trail Tested Promise. If anything is wrong with your customer’s Ruffwear product, we’ll work to make it right.
This guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only. It does not cover wear and tear or accidental damage, for example chewing. It is up to each dealer to determine how they would like to support customers in store for non-warranty issues. Approved claims will be credited or refunded to your account.
RUFFWEAR STORE FINDER
To ensure a consistent customer experience, all retail partners must meet the following three criteria to be listed on the official Ruffwear Store Finder.
These standards are reviewed on a weekly basis. If one or more of the criteria are not met, the Retailer will be removed from the Ruffwear Store Finder until the criteria/s are met again.
1. Active Account Status: The retailer must have placed an order within the previous four months.
2. Physical Presence: The retailer must operate as a Brick & Mortar location or an Omni-channel retailer.
3. Sales Volume: The retailer must maintain a rolling 4-month order value of $500 or more.
