Ruffwear’s Unleashed emails keeps Retailers informed about Ruffwear news. We send Unleashed emails with information regarding resources, product launches, brand resources, and more.

And, the best way to access the most current Order Form is to opt into Ruffwear’s Unleashed emails.

Ruffwear Retailers are automatically signed up to receive Unleashed emails based on the email addresses on file. For Retailers with multiple emails, or to add staff to the distribution list, please send an email to support@ruffwear.com and include the contact information.

The intended audience for these email newsletters is management as well as retail staff.

05 WARRANTY INFORMATION

If a customer returns a product to you that has a defect covered under our Trail Tested Promise, please complete Ruffwear’s Retailer Warranty Form.

We’re dedicated to making the best dog gear on the planet. All Ruffwear products are rigorously field tested and we proudly guarantee against any defects in materials and craftsmanship under our Trail Tested Promise. If anything is wrong with your customer’s Ruffwear product, we’ll work to make it right.

This guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only. It does not cover wear and tear or accidental damage, for example chewing. It is up to each dealer to determine how they would like to support customers in store for non-warranty issues. Approved claims will be credited or refunded to your account.

Authorized Ruffwear Retailers may use any of Ruffwear media assets in their own Social Media posts on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest platforms. Ruffwear Retailers should access branded media assets via the Media Library and download images, videos and more for use in your social media campaigns.

07 RUFFWEAR PRO PURCHASE PROGRAM

Ruffwear offers a discount on Ruffwear gear purchases to staff of authorized Ruffwear Retailers in the United States. The purpose of the program is to enable your staff to become Ruffwear product experts by using the gear and through their own experiences. We believe this better enables your staff to assist Ruffwear customers.
